Sow in pots or trays under glass at 18°C (64°F) under a light covering of vermiculite or compost.

What to do Next

Seedlings under glass should be transplanted into trays 10cm (4") apart. Then gradually acclimatise the plants to outdoor conditions for a few weeks before planting out after all risk of frost, 30cm (12") apart.
