When to Sow Safari Yellow Marigold Seeds

February to March.

Where to Sow

Sow into pots or trays in good compost under glass at 18'C. Cover the seeds lightly with sifted compost.

What to do Next

When the seedlings are large enough to handle, prick off into trays 5cm apart. Grow on and gradually harden off before planting in the flowering site 20cm apart from late May.

Maturity

June onwards.

Handy Tip

For a later show of flowers, sow direct in the flowering site in May and thin to 20cm apart as seedlings appear.
