A dwarf, multi-headed sunflower producing an abundance of extraordinary looking flowers. Aptly named for it's appearance, this sunflower makes an addorable addition to patios or borders and works great as a cut flower for the home too!

It will grow to a height of 40-60cm (16-24") and is easy to grow which makes it a fun favourite for children.

When to Sow Teddy Bear Sunflower Seeds

Where to Sow

Sow seed thinly, 12mm (1/2") deep in drills 45cm (18") apart in well cultivated soil raked to a fine tilth. Germination usually takes 15-21 days.

What to do Next

When large enough to handle, thin to 45cm (18") apart.

Flowers

July to September.

Handy Tip

Dead head regularly to ensure continual flowering.
