It is hardly surprising that a pear bred by crossing Conference and Doyenne du Comice should have superb flavour and crop so heavily. Making quite a compact and upright tree, Concorde has become a real favourite with the UK gardener and commercial grower alike. Concorde will set a crop of very large bell-shaped fruits on its own, so if you only have the room for one pear, then choose Concorde.

PLEASE NOTE: Bare root trees will have the roots wrapped with sufficient soil to keep them moist and healthy during postage. ALL our trees are supplied whilst dormant. They have been carefully lifted and placed in a cold store until despatch. Alll bare-rooted trees will benefit by being placed in a bucket of water for 24 hours before planting, no matter what the weather is like.
