Tatsoi Rosette Pak Choi is a Japanese green used in salads or for cooking. It takes approximately 45 days to reach maturity. A unique pak chois that forms a compact thick rosette of small dark spoon shaped leaves. Very tender and flavoursome for salads, stir fry and soups. This variety has a long harvest period and is slow to bolt.
