When to Sow Sunny Side Up F1 Gazania Seeds

January to March. Plant out from April to June

Where to Sow

Sow in pots and trays of good seed sowing compost under glass at 21°C (70°F). Cover the seeds lightly with vermiculite or sifted compost.

What to do Next

When the seedlings are large enough to handle, prick off into trays 7.5cm (3") apart. Grow on and gradually harden off before planting in the flowering site 30cm (12") apart in early June.

Handy Tip

A real sun lover, for borders or containers. Dead head regularly to prolong the flowering season.
