Our own specially re-selected stock, ideal for the showbench. Heavy crops of extra long pods of white seeded, excellent flavoured beans. This is the longest podded variety of broad beans. Each pod can house 9-10 beans. The plants grow to 135cm tall and spread 50cm.

February to April. Germinates in 7-21 days.

Where to Sow

Early sowings in individual pots in glasshouse or cold frame. Direct sowings in growing site, 5cm deep in double rows 20cm apart.

What to do next

Glasshouse seedlings should be transplanted to the growing site in March, 10cm apart in double rows 20cm apart. Outdoor sowings should be thinned 10cm apart, the thinning's can be transplanted to make extra rows.
