Where to Sow

These seeds need stratification to start germination. To break dormancy sow into pots or trays and cover with a polythene bag and put in the fridge for 4 weeks, then take out and place in a temperature of 18-21°C until they germinate which usually takes between 21-40 days. Keep cool once germinated.

When to Transplant

When seedlings are large enough to handle, prick off into pots and grow on until ready for planting out.
