How to Sow Mung Beans

Mung Beans can be sown all year round. For sprouting seeds, use 1 table spoon of seed in a special sprouter or jam jar covered in muslin. Rinse well twice a day. The temperature should be between 15-21°C and they can be harvested after 4-6 days.
