In a salad sprouter or large jar covered in muslin or with holes in the lid.

 

WHAT TO DO NEXT

 

Soak a suitable amount of seeds in water for 8 hours. Put them in your seed sprouter, large jar or spread them on a linen/cotton cloth.  Moisten the seeds with an atomizer 5-6 times daily for the first 3-4 days, 2-3 times until they are fully germinated (8-10 days).  Rocket sprouts are small and must be kept moistened at all times.  Keep at room temperature and in good light condition. Clean hulls from seeds before serving.  Keep refrigerated for max 1 week.
