Oriental You Qing Choi F1

You Qing Choi F1 is packed full of excellent flavour with an appearance of dark green leaves with the traditional cylindrical shape and the "spoon" shaped petioles. It is a club root tolerant. The heads can get to a weight of 200g.

Pak Choi has been grown in China for about 1500 years. It can be used whole when it is approximately 10cm tall or can be grown longer so that the individual leaves can be used. Pak Choi can be used raw in salads, but when cooked it has more of a spicy flavour to it.
