Where to Sow Diamond Jubilee Sweet Pea Seeds

Sow from September to April. Sow direct to the flowering site in September or April. Position in well drained soil in full sun. Plant from October to March in pots or root trainers, and keep inside overwinter. Harden off in March prior to planting out in early April. Make sure seedlings do not dry out.

Handy Tip

We recommend using supports as the plants grow, because they can become heavy after a rainfall, and they like to climb.
Use fresh tap water for new seedlings rather than water from a waterbutt, as this can contain harmful pathogens and result in poor germination.
